Will it show under a t-shirt?
In nude and ivory, no — even under white cotton. Black may shadow under light or sheer fabrics.

How much arm slimming do I get?
Visible reduction of 0.5–1 inch depending on starting arm size. It's compression, not liposuction — but it makes fitted tops fit right.

Is it hot to wear all day?
The fabric is breathable knit with moisture-wicking. Cooler than a cardigan, warmer than a bare arm. Perfect for office AC and outdoor spring/fall.

Can I work out in it?
Yes — medium arm compression is workout-friendly. Not designed as a sports bra so pair with your usual bra.

Does it stay put?
Silicone hem grip holds the bottom. The top scoop stays low with a lycra reinforcement band.
