Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, thongs, briefs, and bodysuits with the hygiene liner removed can't be returned.

 

To start a return, email onlychanel82@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

 

Need a different size? Email us and we'll set up an exchange. Society membership fees are non-refundable.

 

Received something damaged or incorrect? Send a photo to onlychanel82@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost.
