We ship from our US warehouse to customers within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — Sculpt Society is currently US-only. We're working on expanding soon.
How long does Sculpt Society take to ship?
Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within the US after your order is processed.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Check your spam folder if you don't see it, or email us and we'll help.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return my order?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, email us at onlychanel82@gmail.com to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable service.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
What if my item arrives damaged?
