Find Your Perfect Fit

Three easy methods. 60 seconds. Walk away knowing exactly which size will sculpt you best.

Four Measurements

Grab a soft measuring tape. Takes less than 60 seconds.

B

Bust

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Do not pull too tightly.

Wear a non-padded bra or no bra for the truest measurement.

W

Waist

Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your torso — usually just above your belly button. Keep it snug but not tight.

Stand straight and exhale gently before reading.

H

Hips

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, roughly 7–9 inches below your waist. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

Stand with feet together for the most accurate hip measurement.

T

Torso Length

Measure from the top of your shoulder (where a bra strap sits) straight down to your crotch. This helps determine if you need a long or regular torso fit.

Stand tall — do not slouch when measuring.

Size Chart

If your waist and hips fall in different size ranges, go with your hips — our garments have more stretch in the waist.

Sizing Tips

  • Between sizes? Size up for all-day comfort, size down for maximum compression and a tighter sculpt.
  • If you carry more weight in your midsection, go with your waist measurement.
  • For special events where you want maximum hold, sizing down one size is totally fine — just know it will feel snug.
  • Our compression fabric has give. After 2–3 wears, it will conform to your body shape without losing its sculpting power.
  • Still not sure? Our team is here to help — reach out anytime and we will find your perfect fit together.

About Compression Fit

Our shapewear is designed to run snug — that is how it sculpts. When you first put it on, it should feel firm but not painful. If you cannot breathe comfortably or it digs in, go up a size. The right fit should feel like a confident hug, not a squeeze.
